Hy's Fried may be a newcomer to the food scene, but they hit the ground running with what will surely be a local favorite due to their old world, no fuss ambiance; serving some of the most delicious fried chicken around, be it their "Straight Up" or "Hy's Hot Sambal Honey" tossed chicken, you can't go wrong. Their biscuits and waffles are to die for too, the latter coming with local syrup. Killer cocktails, curated wines and ice cold beer feed the vibe too as their motto suggests: "Dining, Dancing, and Cocktails!"

They are open Wednesday through Monday. Friday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3⎯11pm, Saturday and Sunday from Noon⎯11pm.
