Klocke Estate is an earth⎯to⎯glass American brandy distillery with a regionally inspired dining experience located on 160 stunning acres in the heart of Hudson Valley. They have used regenerative, sustainable agriculture to cultivate sixty acres of vineyards and apple orchards for one purpose, to make exquisite Brandy.

Klocke Estate is dedicated to making apple and grape Brandies that express the terroir of the Hudson Valley, while aspiring to capture the traditions of Cognac and Calvados. They are primarily aging their brandies in French oak barrels, but also sharing a limited release of their inaugural Unoaked Apple Brandy. Because Brandy making starts with wine making, they are also exploring traditions and innovations in wine with their own Vermouths. Klocke works with their insightful mixology team to create Vermouths that are exceptional in cocktails and on their own in refreshing spritzes.

The Restaurant : Set at the top of the hill with expansive views of the Catskill Mountains, the Hudson Valley, and our vineyards and orchards, the restaurant at Klocke Estate serves an a la carte menu of seasonal fare with an extensive beverage program that expresses our passion for Brandy.

They serve dinner Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00 ⎯ 9:00 pm and serve lunch Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 12:00 pm ⎯ 3:00 pm.
