What sets the cuisine apart is an unwavering attention to detail by its talented husband and wife team ⎯ chefs Jeff Gimmel and Nina Bachinsky Gimmel ⎯ to the sourcing of ingredients and preparation of each dish. Because of the Gimmels’ dedication to sourcing locally, the dishes change slightly every day, so the menus are printed daily.

Swoon is located in an early 19th century building on Warren Street, in Hudson, NY. The country chic rooms feature soaring ceilings and a bounty of freshly cut flowers.
